Dining Area
A dining hall in a hotel is usually a space dedicated to serve food to its guests staying overnight. Most commonly, all good hotels and resorts offer free breakfast or buffet where you can walk in and help yourself or you can always be served as ordered.
Most dining halls are open spaces with dining tables for guests or may be an outdoor section or extension of it in patio or terrace to give it a more open look. With wider the space, higher is the need for the designer to choose the right color scheme and make the place look all cozy and welcoming no matter what the size. There are two ways you can design a dining hall, one is to embrace the natural view around (if any) and play with tones of nature while using some bright colors in accent. Or, create the illusion of openness (if there isn’t any) by blending in natural tones with the overall theme. Adding red color in accents is also a great option for dining areas or cafés as it’s linked with an increase in appetite and also creates a visual treat to look at.
Master’s Royal Matt Emulsion has some of the classiest shades to finish a dining hall. It’s Fresh Green, Copper Orange, Cameo, Palace White, Tile Red and Apple White are great options to compliment a dining hall with open view and also to create a contrast with crimson red and orange tones. Or you can pick the Bluebell White, Deep Green, Dove Grey, Light Green, Peach, Soft Green, Spring Leaf and Tea Rose from the Super Emulsion collection to finish the dining hall of a resort close to a beach or hill station.
While picking a more warm and cozy color scheme and luxuriously smooth finish, you can consider the deep yet fresh Balerena, Coral, Honey Dew, Imperial Beige, Paprika, Minerva Grey, Zest and Tangerine from the Luxury Plastic Emulsion.
