Double Bedroom
Ideally speaking, a double bedroom is most commonly booked by couples and can be designed with that perspective. Or may be for someone who just likes a bigger bed to sleep on with extra space as it contains a double bed to sleep two people and the amenities included. So a designer can feel free to throw in some lively colors, some warm tones and a whole lot of coziness in the room.
It can be very appealing to create a focal point. Use a matured tone of a bright color on the feature wall, or in niches (if any), create a pattern with it if possible (like horizontal, diagonal or vertical lines, some motifs against a background or use texture). The Master Plastic Luxury Emulsion is a wonderful series with a soft matt look and long lasting and smooth finish. The Balerena is a very warm and welcoming yet eye catching tone of a matured red-orange color. It can make any room light up and look gorgeous. It can be best used for the feature wall as well as in accents. You can use it against the soft and glowy Barley White, the dark and luxurious Imperial Beige or the Minerva Grey to set a strong contrast.
Its Coral is also a softer tone that can bring in a mellow look to the room. It can go very well with Cockle Shell or Brazil Nut to create a cozy little room. For a subtle contrast and pastel hues, you can pick Paprika along with Patricia and warm up the space by adding some Honey Dew and make a unique look that guests and visitors will come back again and again for.
